Customer Disclosures:

  • Customers should notify us of any delicate plants, hidden obstacles, newly installed landscaping, or areas requiring special care before work begins.

  • Small tree removal is limited to trees that can be safely removed without specialized equipment. Additional services may be recommended for larger or hazardous trees.

  • Gutter cleaning includes the removal of normal leaves and debris. We are not responsible for pre-existing leaks, loose gutters, deteriorated roofing materials, hidden structural issues, or drainage problems unrelated to the cleaning service.

  • Irrigation repairs are limited to the components identified during inspection. Additional repairs may be necessary if hidden damage or unrelated system issues are discovered during the repair process.

  • Grading and drainage improvements are intended to reduce water accumulation under typical weather conditions. No drainage solution can guarantee complete elimination of standing water during unusually heavy rainfall or severe weather events.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring pets are secured and that children remain clear of active work areas during service.

  • Payment for services constitutes acceptance of the completed work unless concerns are reported within 48 hours of service completion. We encourage customers to contact us promptly so we can address any issues in a timely manner.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when conditions are deemed unsafe or when circumstances beyond our control prevent work from being completed safely.
